L-selenomethionine – 20 mg (Selenium++ – 100 mcg).

Additional Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, modified starch – wheat starch, magnesium sulfate, silicon dioxide.

Method of Use:

Adolescents and adults: 1 tablet daily.

Duration of intake: at least 1 month.

Not recommended in: intolerance to the ingredients, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
