Psyllium is a fiber derived from the seed coat of Plantago ovata (egg plant). Psyllium is a rich source of soluble and insoluble fiber, which contribute to normal intestinal function, and also contains easily digestible carbohydrates, which favorably affect the intestinal microflora.
Composition:
Egg seed shell, gelatin, plum extract, calcium-D-pantothenate, silicon dioxide (lubricant), colorants: titanium dioxide, indigo carmine.
Instructions for use:
For adults, 2 capsules daily with meals. The duration of application is 1 month.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the components of the supplement, pregnancy, breastfeeding, tendency to intestinal dysfunction, intestinal obstruction, acute diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.
It is recommended to consult a physician before use.
Shelf life:
2 years.
Storage Conditions:
Store in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, out of reach of children at temperatures not exceeding 25 °C.
