Method of application:
Enhancing Cosmetics: Add 1–2 drops to a neutral cream and apply to the chest, back, and neck.
Aromatherapy Baths: Dissolve 6–8 drops in an emulsifier (salt, bath foam, milk, etc.).
Aroma lamp: 4–5 drops per 15 square meters.
Aromatherapy massage: Add 5–6 drops to the base oil.
Aromatherapy Bath: Dilute 5–6 drops with water and sprinkle on wooden surfaces.
To Sasha: Soak the dried herbs and flowers, then place them in your underwear, wallet, or under your pillow.
