Icelandic moss tablets are a dietary supplement containing sweeteners. They contain Icelandic moss extract and vitamin C.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Take immediately after a meal: children ages 15–17—1 tablet 3 times a day; adults—1–2 tablets 3 times a day
DAILY DOSE CONTENT: Vitamin C: adults—45–90 mg (75–150% of the recommended daily allowance) in 3–6 tablets; children aged 15–17 — 45 mg (50–64% of the recommended daily allowance) in 3 tablets
