One suppository contains: sea buckthorn oil with carotenoid content of 300% &#8211; 330 mg; sulfatides &#8211; 50 mg; benzocaine &#8211; 40 mg; polysorbate 80-40 mg; macrogols 400-60 mg; macrogols 1500 &#8211; 980 mg; macrogol 4000 up to candle weight 2,35 g.<\/p>\n<p>Use: Insert 1 suppository 1-2 times a day for 5-7 days (no longer than 10 days) &#8211; preferably after emptying the rectum &#8211; into the anus or directly into the rectum.
