Polyneuritis, sciatica, neuralgia (including trigeminal neuralgia), hypotrophy, funicular myelosis, peripheral nerve injuries, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, cerebral palsy, Down&#8217;s disease. Skin diseases (psoriasis, photodermatosis, dermatitis herpetiformis, atopic dermatitis). With prophylactic purpose &#8211; when prescribing biguanides, PASK, ascorbic acid in high doses, pathology of stomach and intestine with impaired absorption of vitamin B12 (resection of part of the stomach, small intestine, Crohn&#8217;s disease, celiac disease, malabsorption syndrome, sprue), malignancies of the pancreas and intestine, radiation disease.
