It has a strong antihistamine and antipruritic effect with a rapid onset of action and duration of up to 12 h, prevents the development of vasodilation and smooth muscle contraction induced by histamine. <\/p>\n<p>Having anti-allergic action, reduces vascular permeability, capillaries, inhibits exudation and edema formation, reduces itching, has m-choline-blocking effect.<\/p>\n<p>Instruction<br \/>\nOrally, adults and children over 12 years of age are prescribed 1 tablet (1 mg) in the morning and evening. In cases that are difficult to treat, the daily dose may be up to 6 tablets (6 mg).   <\/p>\n<p>Children aged 6-12 years are prescribed 1\/2-1 tablet before breakfast and at bedtime. <\/p>\n<p>Tablets should be taken before meals, drinking water.<\/p>\n<p>Indications for use<br \/>\npollinosis (hay fever, including allergic rhinoconjunctivitis);<br \/>\nurticaria of various origins;<br \/>\nitching, pruritic dermatoses;<br \/>\nacute and chronic eczema, contact dermatitis;<br \/>\ndrug allergy;<br \/>\ninsect bites.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Blocker of histamine H1-receptors, ethanolamine derivative.
