Valerian tincture has a moderately pronounced sedative effect. The active ingredient of the drug is a complex ester of borneol and isovalerian acid, free valerian acid. Sedative effect comes slowly, but stable enough.

Recommendation for use:
Take 32 drops at a time, dissolving it in 50 ml of water.
