Pantestin-D spray for healing wounds and burns 30ml (Panthenol)

Solution for external use based on dexpanthenol and miramistin. The product disinfects and promotes healing of wounds, scratches and cuts. Dexpanthenol is rapidly converted in cells into pantothenic acid, which, as part of one of the most important coenzyme coenzyme A, has a significant effect on cell metabolism. Pantothenic acid is important for building the epithelium of the skin and mucous membranes. Promotes increased mitosis levels and increases the strength of collagen fibers during wound healing. Miramistin has a pronounced bactericidal effect on Gram-positive and Gram-negative, aerobic and anaerobic bacteria in the form of monocultures and microbial associations, including hospital strains resistant to antibiotics, as well as on herpes viruses, human immunodeficiency, etc. It has antifungal effect on Aspergillus and Penicillium ascomycetes, yeast fungi and yeast-like fungi, dermatophytes, fungal microflora. Effectively prevents infection of wounds and burns, activates regeneration processes. Stimulates defense reactions at the site of application through activation of absorptive and digestive function of phagocytes, potentiates the activity of monocyte-macrophage system. It has a pronounced hyperosmolar activity, as a result of which it stops wound and perifocal inflammation, absorbs purulent exudate, contributing to the formation of dry scab. Does not damage granulation and viable skin cells, does not inhibit marginal epithelialization. Does not have a local irritant effect.

Indications for use
Superficial skin lesions of any origin, in which there is a risk of infection: scratches, abrasions, cuts, skin cracks, burns, dermatitis. Chafing and diaper dermatitis, prevention of their infection. Chronic skin lesions such as trophic ulcers and decubitus. Skin infections, such as secondary infected eczema and secondary infected neurodermatitis. Healing of nipple fissures in women who are breastfeeding. Minimally invasive surgery: trauma and surgical wounds.

Composition
