Salicylic acid is an antiseptic agent. When applied topically, it has antimicrobial, irritating, distracting effect. It is used in infectious skin lesions: common acne, pyoderma.
Composition
1 ml of salicylic acid – 20 mg;
excipients: ethanol 96%, purified water.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug.
How to use
Apply externally, lubricating or rubbing the affected areas of the skin with a cotton swab soaked in the drug 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment is determined by a doctor depending on the course and severity of the disease.
Peculiarities of application
Do not allow the drug to get into the eyes, do not apply to mucous membranes.
You should not violate the rules of using the medicine – it can harm your health.
The drug should not be applied to large areas of skin.
